Create prospects
You can create new prospects from any search criteria or
results page. The software saves the new prospect's criteria automatically,
then lets you enter the other person's information.
- To create a prospect from a search
- Fill
in your desired criteria.

- From
the Save Options box (located in the Options pane), locate and click in the Save as
a New Prospect field.
- Type
in a new prospect's name (up to 20 characters) and click Save.
- The
Modify Contact Information page will display. Here you can enter details
about your new prospect. Make sure the Manage as Prospect check
box is selected.
- After
entering the additional information, click Save.
